This post comes to you from my cabin in the woods (no, it is not out
of civilization.. but it is tacked and built in the woods on a huge
Muskoka Rock, over looking part of the Severn River... I am
customizing this cabin as my cozy residence to be away from the
city and find more peace and quiet, so I can meditate more.

Here we go...

How about a short, sweet to the point blog today? OK, YOU GOT IT :-)

That said, it may be short and sweet, but could be the most valuable
dietary advice that I could share with you.

As life moved forward after an all day working outdoors, last night,
around 7:30 PM while watching one of my youtube-saved-to-watch-
later-self-development-video, felt my stomach growling, I eat dinner
early (around 3pm) since that was my only big meal of the day, at
this hour, I need to put something else in my stomach haha :-)  does
not happen often, but sometime it does, just as it happen last night.

I did not act on it right away but within a few minutes, I felt that I better
get up and get something otherwise later it would be to late and then
will be sorry if I eat anything, since I do not like to eat after 8:30 pm

To stay to the point, within a minute or so, I stopped the video and I
found myself rummaging through the fridge, and other places around
the cabin where I store food, looking for something that my test buds
would like and stop my cravings. (well, now you found out I am as
human as you, correct?)

Did not find much that attracted my attention but I end up mixing up
some of what I have at hand and created a new dish from left overs
I found in the refrigerator:-)

I discovered that mixing roasted mixed veggies (red and yellow bell
peppers, zucchini, eggplant, tomatoes, onion, and broccoli), Mung
Beans, rice pasta and cayenne pepper make a great and testing
vegan dish.

Ok, Ok, I said I will be short and sweet this time... are you ready for
the main point I am referring to?  Hope you are and if for some
reason you are not.. it is ok, I will share it with you anyway.

The main point is this; I DID NOT EAT ANY JUNK FOOD... even
though I craved for some (human again :-) I did not have any, and the
MAIN factor I did not reach for any junk food was because I do not
buy any haha :-)

YES.. that was very simple and I am certain you agree with me.
When you do not buy or store any junk food in the house or cabin
(in my situation) you just cannot eat any and that is GREAT for you..

Do you want to end your struggle with late night snacking on junk
food? (or any other wrong and deadly foods) and increase your
food intake  with great and healthy dietary goodies? Then here it is,
the best die advice of the day is;

Keep your house, apartment, cabin or living quarters, CLEAN...
clean from any type of anti-good-healthy-healing diet food.

The way we can put it is simple, if you do not buy or store any of that
junk food, you will not be tempted in any way... and if you have any...
take it out of the way.. destroy it and never buy it again.

So much for being short and sweet...he?? Anyway, hope it helped
you in some ways and if you like another point to look into it...
please check this out: STOP eating FOODS that can KILL you...

Just Discovered: The "Achilles Heel" of Breast Cancer Stem Cells

Just Discovered: The "Achilles Heel"

of Breast Cancer Stem Cells

An Investigative Report On The Remarkable Successes Achieved By South Of
The Border Clinics In The Fight Against Cancer.

Scientists at the UK's Cardiff University just announced an important new finding on breast cancer stem cells:
"We can almost completely shut down their ability to spread the disease through the body through secondary tumors," according to Richard Clarkson of the School of Biosciences at Cardiff University.
This is big. After all, breast cancer remains the most common cancer in American women (after skin cancer). The details follow. . .
Continued below. . .

Breast Cancer Breakthrough BANNED!
U.S. Government Blocks Release
of Doctor's Life-Saving Book
A mammoth discovery is wiping out most breast tumors better than anything seen yet in modern medicine. It makes surgery, radiation and chemotherapy look like something from the Dark Ages.
A Cornell-educated doctor followed more than 25 years of case studies and PROVED this treatment can cure breast cancer. With the discovery I'm going to tell you about, almost every woman makes it and without losing a breast to surgery or taking any toxic chemicals. Even those with late stage cancer!
You've got to include this treatment if you want to have any REAL hope of defeating breast cancer. Click here now and watch a new video presentation about this important discovery…

This new discovery highlights once again just how critical cancer stem cellsare when it comes to the spread and recurrence of the disease. We've written in the past about graviola (Issue #116) and pawpaw (Issue #53). These natural remedies are powerful killers of cancer stem cells, also called multi-drug-resistant (MDR) cells and "cancer super cells."
Cancer stem cells are extremely dangerous for a few reasons. They only make up a small portion of tumor cells, but they're the ones responsible for the growth, spread, and relapse of the disease.
Other cancer cells may respond to various treatments, whether it's drugs or an alternative approach, but cancer stem cells are notorious for being drug-resistant. They survive round after round of chemo. They're the reason cancer often returns after the doctor tells a patient, "We got it all."
Now it looks like conventional medicine may be on the heels of a treatment that's effective against breast cancer stem cells. It's too early to say whether it's as good as graviola and pawpaw, which have the endearing quality of being cheap, and available right now. But let's see. . .
Has Big Medicine found a way to
outsmart breast cancer stem cells?
It's the breast cancer stem cells (also called bCSCs) that appear to spread cancer throughout the body. It's these "distant metastases" that lead to the eventual death of too many breast cancer patients.
Besides being resistant to all conventional treatments, breast cancer stem cells aren't all alike. This means conventional medicine has had no success at targeting all of them with one treatment.
Generally, a given chemo drug is most effective against cancer cells of a certain type, while failing to kill others. If there are five or ten or however many different types of breast cancer stem cell, they're almost impossible to target with chemotherapeutic drugs.
On top of that, breast cancer stem cells carry a protein called cellular FLICE-Like Inhibitory Protein (c-FLIP), which is a known apoptosis inhibitor. In other words, c-FLIP stops natural cell death from taking place within breast cancer stem cells.
That's why this new research, conducted by lead scientist Luke Piggott at Cardiff University, is so intriguing. It essentially presents a way to kill breast cancer stem cells without harming normal cells.
As far as conventional medicine is concerned, Piggott and his crew have brought us a great leap in progress. Their research opens the door to eliminating bCSCs from breast cancers regardless of how many different kinds there are and in spite of c-FLIP. I'm not a big fan of conventional medicine, but I truly hope this works out.
Effective treatment that works even the second time around
Piggott's team reasoned that if c-FLIP could be suppressed — even partially — then breast cancer stem cells would be vulnerable to cell death. The researchers chose an anti-cancer agent known as Tumor Necrosis Factor-Related Apoptosis Inducing Ligand (TRAIL) as their weapon of choice.
TRAIL isn't new to cancer treatment. The agent has shown a lot of promise in other clinical trials as a treatment for colorectal cancer, lung cancer, and non-Hodgkins lymphoma. Prior to this, TRAIL was never considered a treatment option for breast cancers because breast cancer cells, and especially breast cancer stem cells, have always shown such resistance to the drug. Until now, that is.
To suppress c-FLIP, the researchers used something called siRNA (FLIPi), which works on a genetic level.
The short story is that by suppressing c-FLIP with FLIPi, the door was left wide open for the anti-cancer agent TRAIL to move in and kill breast cancer stem cells. TRAIL was able to successfully halt self-renewal in these deadly cancer "seed cells." In other words, those bCSCs were put on the fast-track to death. At the same time, normal cells were unharmed.
Initially the researchers saw that about 10%-30% of the breast cancer stem cells survived the treatment. But repeat treatments were effective and further reduced the overall number of breast cancer stem cells — the deadly seeds that resist most chemotherapeutic drugs and spread all over the body.
The success of repeat treatments means there's hope for reducing the likelihood that breast cancer will return after the patient goes into remission.
Cautious hope for millions of women
This study is further evidence that we must figure out how to eliminate cancer stem cells in order to successfully treat all types of cancer. And so far, University of Cardiff's process has only been proven on cells in the laboratory. Unfortunately, scientists probably won't move forward on it until they have a lot more evidence that it's effective.
Right now, they essentially have a laboratory method that switches off the resistance of breast cancer stem cells to certain drugs, and shows early promise that anti-cancer agents like TRAIL could be effective.
When they're ready to start human testing, the first goal will be to decide how best to suppress c-FLIP in living breast cancer patients. After that, the next step is figuring out how to entirely eliminate cancer stem cells in the breast, meaning they'll need to decide whether TRAIL is the ideal anti-cancer agent at that point.
So far, I've seen this — somewhat typical — reaction from researchers:
"These findings demonstrate potent cellular responses to TRAIL sensitization that have important clinical implications for the advent of new therapeutic strategies for breast cancer patients."
But here's the type of reaction you'll find on message boards, written by women actually battling breast cancer:
"It is very exciting news. Now if they could just speed it through the trials and give it to all of us as a Christmas present I promise never to be bad again. Thank you so much for sharing this promising info. It's why I come on the boards. To find and share hope."
At the very least, this news offers hope to millions of women. Meanwhile, consider graviola and pawpaw as natural ways to get rid of breast cancer stem cells.
Kindest regards,

Cancer Prevention

Move around, Get up and Walk Often, Drink pure and clean Water.. all this Can Help Protect You Against Cancer
It all happen in WASHINGTON —
A brand new study reveals that uninterrupted sitting may be responsible for 173,000 cases of cancer each year.
A recent important presentation at the American Institute for Cancer Research (AICR) and conference given by Christine Friedenreich, an epidemiologist at the Alberta Health Services-Cancer Care in Canada (http://www.ucalgary.ca/sacri/node/203showed evidence that physical inactivity is closely linked to 49,000 cases of breast cancer and 43,000 cases of colon cancer a year here in Canada and the United States.
According to Friedenreich, Colon and Breast cancer seam to be the most cancers influenced by luck of physical activity, this info come out from part of the research available to date. But her findings also suggested that 37,200 estimated cases of lung cancer, 30,600 estimated cases of prostate cancer, 12,000 estimated cases of endometrial cancer and 1,800 estimated cases of ovarian cancer could be prevented when people would be involved often into physically activity.
The mentioned study mention that many recent research indicates that when an uninterrupted sitting is adopted, is NOT very good for your health, so get up and move around often :-).
Well, after the bad news.. YES, there is good news and that you can reduce the risk of developing cancer simply and easy.... just move around and do not sit for to long.
The research also indicates that continual long and uninterrupted sitting periods could be the most unhealthy thing you can do, and that by frequently interrupting that long period of sitting with just a few minutes of light exercise, (walking to get a glass of clean water or fresh extracted juice.. this is my addition haha :-)) anyone can lower their cancer risk.
From reading on other as important research, it was found that a couple of minute short get up and walk around breaks may reduce the levels of molecules in the body that have been linked with many cancer risk.
From what we can gather so far from what most researchers who have recommended the 20-30 minutes of exercises, it may not be totally true, because even when we exercise regularly for 20-30 or more minutes a day while most of the time we are sitting on our but for much longer periods of time with out interruption, we may still be at risk.
Using much of her data from previous studies and work on cancer indicators, Friedenreich is now estimate that several exercises breaks during the day may reduced the risk of breast and colon cancer by 25 to 30 %.
To summed it up, if we consciously get up and walk around often during our waking hours of the day or night, (yes, I know some people cannot sleep at night and sleep during the day, so when you are up at night... make sire you exercise or have breaks of other physical activity..haha :-) ,

Authority

A few minutes a go I wrote a note for Greg Habstritt (Becoming a Trusted Authority)and after finished, say to my self.. well, this is good info an dso here we are sharing it here... hope you appreciate it.

Imagine.. you are 51 years old, your 86 years old fragile/ill  mother lives with you and all of a sudden you get sick, go to the doctor and then to another doctor and then an oncologist and they all agree that you have cancer, a cancer with no known cure and withing two years you may expire... HOW would you react to that? How in the world you go home and tell your ailing mother that you will expire before her? I tell you how you react... you become take EVERYTHING YOU GOT and become an authority in the field of MAKING IT against all odds and guess what? YOU WILL MAKE IT just as I did...

Thanks to God, I made it and made it very well, using all the power of networking,  positive mental attitude, universal law, law of attraction, divine intervention, know how, mistakes galore, and most of ALL... 100% determination to SURVIVE.

I knew very little about cancer, except the knowledge that I had as a 12 years old when my father passed away back in 1958 from it, but I tell you, I learned and learned fast to use what was working and so, now here I am at 65, alive, in great health and kicking and yes, still an authority to maintain my body, mind and spirit in optimum health and becoming better and better each and every day and enjoying very much the times when I can share what I learn with someone who like to listen and give them hope to survive.

Greg you deliver what you know in a style that I can dig it very well, wish you continue bringing to people your strong dedication and enthusiasm to help us all,  just as I do my best in my field of interest... and much better.

Why Am I So Darn Tired All The Time?!

Why Am I So Darn Tired All The Time?!

There are far too many men and women going through each day filled with fatigue and a lack of energy.  We live in a fast paced world, and it seems like there are a million things going on at once each and every day.

Is it a surprise that there are new energy drinks or energy pills popping up at every gas station or convenience store around the globe?  Everyone is looking for that quick fix to get the energy to make it through the day.

However, few people know that these caffeine laced products are not only the wrong solution, but they are actually adding to the problem!

The secret to ending tiredness and fatigue begins with a few simple adjustments.  These adjustments are things that anybody can do and they are life changing.  Most importantly,  they are natural, and don't have you relying on caffeine, drugs, or any other energy boosting pill!

Analyze Your Sleep

For starters,  you need to analyze your sleep.

There is a myth that human beings function best on 8 hours of sleep. Don't buy into this nonsense. Everybody is a little different. You may or may not function best on 8 hours of sleep. The number of hours is LESS important than completing your sleep.

You have to learn the proper way to complete your sleep.  People who feel extremely tired, constantly fatigued, and low on energy very often are not completing sleep cycles and therefore go through life feeling miserable.

Stages of Sleep and Your Sleep Cycle

Sleep happens in multiple stages: Drowsiness, light sleep, deep sleep, and dream (or REM) sleep. This cycle repeats multiple times in a night, and usually lasts roughly 90 minutes, however, it is a little different for everyone.

Have you ever felt like you woke up at "just the right time," maybe even before your alarm clock rang?

After each cycle, you are returned to an "almost awake" state. When you wake up at this point in time, you feel much less drowsy, and much more refreshed than when you wake up during deep sleep.

If you are awakened before completing your cycle, then you can feel tired, fatigued, and drowsy all day long!

Have you ever woken up before your alarm clock rings in the morning and felt like you could get your day going, but instead decided to catch that extra hour and went back to sleep? You probably woke up an hour later and felt drowsy, confused, and ready for another 2 hour nap.

This is because you "naturally" awakened at the completion of a sleep cycle before your alarm clock rang, only to fall back asleep (starting a new sleep cycle)... and then being awakened by your alarm before completing the new cycle!

This causes you to feel exhausted.

The problem is that many of us go through life without ever completing our sleep cycles and nobody ever tells us a way how to do it!

Stress, Sleep and an Evening Routine

Stress can have a major effect on our sleep. We are in a more alert state when we are stressed than when we are relaxed, and this in turn means we can have trouble falling asleep and even if we manage that, then we are likely to wake up a lot during the night. This obviously has an effect on the amount of quality sleep we get, or the stage four and REM sleep we get, and will therefore have an effect on our tiredness during the day.

Learning to deal with stress and not letting it affect your sleep pattern will therefore help you to combat tiredness and eradicate it from your life.

Getting into an evening routine can really help you deal with the stresses and strains of everyday life and can help you drop off to sleep earlier. This is because your brain starts to link your evening routine with going to sleep, and so this will allow you to drop off to sleep more easily.

So, How Does This Apply To You?

Ridding yourself of chronic fatigue or extreme tiredness usually involves more than just learning this. There are factors in your life that are causing you to have low energy.

You need to treat the problem and not the symptoms. Drinking coffee, energy drinks, and trying to sleep longer will NOT change the way you feel. This is treating the symptoms!

In order to treat the problem you need to know how to make some minor adjustments, like understanding how to complete a "sleep cycle" for example.

The most important aspect of this information is knowing how to apply it in your own life.

There has been extensive research done on sleep. There is extensive information available about the stages of sleep and the changes your body goes through during these stages.

However, you won't find the true secret to "ending tiredness" by learning more about sleep. You need an easy to follow guide that teaches you "how" to use the information researchers have discovered about sleep to:

1. figure out your personal sleep cycle; and

2. how to apply the knowledge to ensure that you are completing your cycles. Thereby, waking fully rested, increasing your energy, and ending your fatigue.

There is an amazing guide on the market that has helped men and women from all around the world finally kick their coffee and energy drink addiction, allowing them to naturally have the energy to make it through the day without feeling fatigued or completely drained.

This all natural guide will not only have you taking a good look at your sleep patterns,  but it will also have you analyzing other daily routines that are silently affecting your energy levels, and it provides you the easy to follow, all natural solutions to combat those daily energy zappers!
